This recipe is absolutely easy for anyone short on time and need a bread fix! Crusty, and soft! Not a total beginner at baking, but easiest recipe by far… and very very forgiving. I rested it almost 4 hours because I got 2 office meetings that went long, so I could not reach back to my dough to do the stretch and fold for over an hour on my last rest before dividing and then the final rest before oven — and still came out perfect!
