Blacksmiths no longer have specializations. If you are interested in the past of the profession, you could look into the 5 specializations smiths used to have: Armorsmithing, Weaponsmithing, Master Axesmithing, Master Hammersmithing, and Master Swordsmithing. Comment by Sykoo Patarr You're incorrect, There are 4 specializations. Weaponsmithing isn't a sub class. Axe, Sword and Mace are. And these all have been removed from the game.
GM said they may be returning at a later date but he is of course unsure when or if it's actually happening.

Comment by Allakhazam You need to be a Weaponsmith Artisan trained individual and Blacksmithing up to points. You need to learn some other Blacksmithing skill to activate another 75 points since it caps at in Artisan. View in 3D Links.
